Fabulous cafe with some really interesting speciality lattes that look to be ever-changing. Prices are very reasonable! Breakfast food options are extensive for a small Cafe, as well. Staff is great...even though it's usually packed. Definitely allow for some extra time.

What a treat I stumbled upon today! Cozy, Cool vibe when you enter. Giggles with the staff when you order from the fabulous menu of quality ingredient, locally sourced foods! I knew when I saw Zingermans and Barry’s Bagels that this place knows how to do things right! It’s quick and hopping in here on a Sunday morning, couples, daddy-daughter board gaming, girl chats, couches, lots of windows and light with a great view of downtown. And the COFFEE!!! SO good! I had the Festivas (English toffee and caramel). Yum;) And the everything bagel with egg and cheese- delicious!!! This is the spot you want to go to, I promise you will not regret it!

Very good Coffee! Their dark roast coffee was good and bitter if you like your coffee that way. Welcoming staff members were friendly and quick. Comfortable environment to hang out.

Visiting Michigan for the first time this week, and I went to Carrigan Cafe this morning on the hunt for a bagel to start the day. When I walked in, I saw they had a cinnamon vanilla bagel on their menu, which I had never seen before. When I asked about it, the lady at the counter kindly brought them over to show me and confirmed that they are in fact as tasty as they sound. She seemed surprised I had not heard of these bagels before, but understood why when I said I was from NH. She then proceeded to tell me that she was the owner and that the bagel was on her as it was my first time in. Totally not necessary but SO appreciated. And she was right, it was the BEST bagel I’ve ever had. Karen, you made my morning! I can’t wait to come back and get another bagel before I head back home.

I just relocated to Saline in the past few months and finally I got a chance to go to this awesome Coffee house! The owner Karen is super nice! The store is located in downtown Saline, has a good layout, lots of places to sit and the staff are very friendly. I had an iced Mocha with oat milk my first visit and it tasted perfect! My second visit I had iced Coffee with oat milk and it also tasted great! If you are in Saline make sure to visit this place, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is awesome. My wife and I recently moved to Saline and we’ve come here at least once a week since and showed our family and friends. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, including when we brought our daughter for lunch. You must try their quiches. The lemon, dill, zucchini and curried cauliflower quiches are two of the best breakfasts items we’ve ever tasted. The CC Blend coffee is fantastic as well as the oat milk cappuccino. They also went above and beyond for a last minute big coffee jug to go order for an event. Looking forward to having this spot nearby for many years to come!

My favorite place to study during weekdays. Unlike most of the local cafes, the noise level stays at a minimum during the work day. Their sandwich quality used to be poor but has improved over the years. I love going to shops like this one where the owner is present and interacting with customers on the daily.

Always great! Super coffee shop with sandwiches and some breakfast items and baked goods. The people are great and there's a good amount of seating, inside and out. Fun local art displays rotate on the walls too. We come almost weekly for sandwiches and drinks.
